Positive Moods

House painting is an easy way to add fresh details to your house and make it seem brand new. By adding a pop of colour to the exterior or the interior of your home, you can make a huge difference in its overall appearance.

Fresh and natural colours make the home feel larger, and neutral colours help potential buyers envision themselves living in the space.

88% of people have more of a desire to be at home after painting an interior room. Adding a fresh coat of paint can brighten up the space and make it feel more comfortable.

One of the main reasons that it is worth hiring a professional painter is they get the job done efficiently. You will not have to wonder, “is this done correctly?” because it is what Craig does. This can save you money in the long run and will surely make your home stand out.

Functionality

The kitchen is the hub of the home, so functionality is a top priority. Remodeling a kitchen can be exciting and satisfying, especially when it’s designed to meet your needs and desires.

People choose the help of Craig when remodeling their kitchens for several reasons. There are many parts to a kitchen; cabinets, countertops, floors, appliances, etc. Craig will handle all these aspects and give you significant results. With his vast experience you can feel comfortable that everything will go right.

Relaxation

Your bathroom is more than just the toilet, sink and shower. Here are some lesser-noticed details that, while they may not be first on your list, are worthy of consideration as well.

Modern designs can be water-efficient and just as functional, if not more so, than the older style water-wasting fixtures. A small additional cost, can benefit both the environment and your water bill in the long run.

If needed, upgraded ventilation is a crucial improvement. Humidity is one of the worst culprits for long-term structural wear, not to mention mold and mildew damage. The importance of this one may seem small, yet paramount.

While it may not cross your mind as an immediate need, universal design features such as a larger shower with a low threshold and built-in seat can be handy both now and as a built-in safety feature for older occupants. Considering this now will reduce the need for later renovations and add years of usefulness to your fixtures.
